1. Ordering & Payment
Orders must be placed through our website or as otherwise directed.
Full payment is required at the time of order via our payment processor, Square.
All sales are made-to-order and subject to availability.
Prices and product availability may change without notice.
2. Pickup & Delivery
As a home bakery, we operate by pre-order only. Pickup times and locations will be confirmed upon order.
Late pickups may result in product quality changes; no refunds will be issued for missed pickups unless previously arranged.
3. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
If you are unsatisfied or if something isn’t right, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order—we want to make it right.
4. Allergens & Food Safety
Our kitchen is not allergen-free. We bake with ingredients like dairy, eggs, wheat, and nuts.
Customers with food allergies should notify us in advance and proceed at their own discretion.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, images, logos, and recipes—is the property of Ohio Baking Company and may not be reproduced without permission.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to access our systems without authorization.
Any abusive, fraudulent, or illegal behavior will result in termination of service access.
